The banh mi at breakfast was legendary, and the cozy outdoor dining area made our mornings special. Plus, the owners are true gems—Viet and Matt even whisked us to our bus stop on a busy morning!
The top-floor bathroom had its quirks. the faucet was broken and the hair dryer overheated. I asked the owner about it, and while he apologized, I did expect a bit more consistency given the rave reviews.

Eco-friendly water dispenser, Stylish room furniture, Easy access to old town
No lift for guests, just luggage!!! Showers could use better water pressure!!! A staircase may not suit everyone!!! Consider adding more detailed instructions for local transport options!!!

The deluxe studio was clean and comfortable, making it a great place to unwind after a day of exploring. Morning breakfasts were a highlight, especially the delicious banh mi. However, the entrance area could use some tidying up, and I noticed some noise issues from the nearby rooster in the mornings.

Our stay exceeded expectations, especially the personalized guidance from the hosts, who offered valuable tips for exploring the local culture and cuisine. The eco-friendly approach made us feel good about our environmental impact, and the bike rentals provided convenient access to nearby attractions. However, the absence of an elevator for luggage was inconvenient, and the water pressure in the shower could definitely be improved. A clearer guide for local transport could also enhance the overall experience.

Couple's perfect getaway
We had a fantastic experience, especially when Viet prepared us the most delicious breakfast every morning. The small upper room was cozy, felt like home, and they provided us with a great table overlooking the waterfront which was stunning at night.
It wasn’t cheap, but for what we got, it was still acceptable.
